Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

I had Bob and Kyle replace and rebuild the engine on my 2014 Corvette. Both Bob and Kyle followed through completely on getting my vehicle back on the road in a very timely manner while making sure everything was satisfactory on my end. It has been a few years and my engine is still purring as it should. Be patient with them on getting back to you with information as I believe they stay pretty busy.

Bob and his team are top notch! This was the second dyno tune I have had done here. They know what they are doing and communicate with you . They will make suggestions for the best outcome of your vehicle to live a long powerful life. Bradyβs High Performance is reasonably priced as well.

If I could give it less than one star I would. My husband brought his vehicle in to have work done. And we got charged over $5000 for a tuneup. Now to add insult to injury he was told that he had to pay the bill or else he could not get his vehicle. This is what astound me coming from a family who have grown up around the automotive repair industry. It is not legal in Pennsylvania for an auto repair shop to perform work on our vehicle and charge us without knowledge of whatβs being done and how much it will cost. This is under the automotive industry, trade practice regulation, 37 PA code chapter 301. That being said he was aware that the work was being done, but was not aware of how much it will cost. We were not provided a written record or an invoice Before repairs were done. We were not given part numbers with the parts to look at how much the parts actually cost. That being said before you take your vehicle to this place, make sure that they provide you with the necessary information that you need or you will be put to debt. Because if I would have found out before my husband paid the bill, I would have brought our lawyer to have this settled. Do not take your vehicle to this

Had a mild built LS done elsewhere for my Silverado. Took it to Bob for tuning and he determined right away it was not right. He Got it fixed with correct push rods and gave it a new tune and has been great. Has done other minor work since and is great to work with. May take a little time sometimes but well worth it. I highly recommend Bradyβs for your high performance needs.
